This is a great result but in my opinion 52.500 was not crazy at all considering condition, rarity and the fact that was issued to the F.A.P.

Regarding the 2998.3, which sold for over 70.000 this is a very high price for a watch with a very ruined (the bezel was not faded but RUINED) bezel. Furthermore the bracelet was missing but I think this is not a great issue because if you can spend 70.00

Thanks Alkiro for your feed-back. I agree, "Karl" is a....

....stunner in my view. It's one of a kind (black), and I remember when I held it my hand the first time, I fell in love with the "rocked" condition of the watch. This was one of the toughest watches for me to get my hands on. It took nearly one year befo

Love it. I have a small reserve, though...

I would have been crazy, yes, totally crazy if the dial was enamelled. That would have been, IMMEDIATELY, in my wish list, at the top of it. Nonetheless, a very nice and lovely offer. One question: Is this the dimension of the XXL case? Best, Nicolas

Perhaps we should stop before the

Moderator is getting mad. There are many great choices with more affordable prices. I am relatively happy with my watches and I can manage for quite a while without buying something new. My point has just been that the prices are getting crazy and the man

Crazy. Totally crazy, Nilo. But what would be life without a touch of madness?

I thought you had the opportunity to get a different version, but two of the same! when you were a child, you had the feeling you missed a lot of things? All the best, my friend. Nicolas

I don't have the slightest idea!

I just got a negative reply today. The explanation was "we do not take new orders in". I understand that; during the past four months I have bought just 3 Pateks... If I really would like to get the watch, Grey Dealers would be the only alternative. But I

If I look just on the numbers ...

there are at least two, which are tooooo big. But maybe it is one of the watches, which have to be seen in the real world. I can imagine, it could be dangerous because of some nice details. My head says: No way! My heart says: Give it a try ... My banker

OK, you've convinced me...

... At least I know I'm not totally crazy in thinking the whole thing could be reversed in theory. The parts list I looked at had two date disks listed, but they were captioned "curved" and "flat". The pictures were too small to see if there were any diff
